FOOD LOVERS?
Has anyone tried the Food Lover's kit off t.v? It suppose to help you lose weight eating all your favs only in the right portion? Let me know if you've tried it or seen it. I just ordered the kit & can't wait to see what it says!

Crunches???
Not sure what's happening? I work my abs all the time by doing crunches, side lunges & a few other workouts but here lately the more I work my abs the more poochy they get. I have noticed my stomach looking puffy a day after I do the workouts. Would anybody know what causes this?

Stalled and not sure what to do??

I workout & workout & workout... eat right everyday, and nothing is moving on the scale!!! Yes my clothes are fitting better but good grief this is horrible. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
