This is less of a gun or cell phone issue, than it is about ego and self righteousness. To bad basic manners weren't exercised on both sides, there were several opportunities to disengage for a different outcome. Both sides lose, with one side bearing the ultimate cost. The best trainer I know says do cardio after. Use stored energy for effective lifts and good form (fully focused).

We always do it Jan 1 or 2 depending on the work week. If its too inclimate to take down the outside lights (on the gutters, etc) we unplug them. Then we enjoy teasing the neighbors ...LOL. Cant blame the kids ... my little guy wants the elf on the self back in the house.

I have gotten out of carb situations in the past by forgetting calorie goals for three days and eating as much low/non carb foods when I felt carb "hungry". i like functional training so I love Turkish Get ups. My workout groups has one workout with 8 min stations and one of the stations is getups - 21 each arm, 42lbs kb. Iits a good test for me :-)

While 32 deg is not great, when the temp drops down to 20deg and its way better. There is less moisture in the air, the air is crisp to breathe, if there is moisture in the air it looks like flurries the whole day, its not bad at all. I love it 5:30am, meet the boys outside for a run, or kettlebell workout ...no problem…

Home gym can bring great results. A female trainer I know works out from home and has the most cut legs I know.
