I agree with these sentiments. I just want a different taste then water on occasion. I like the taste better vs regular soda which tastes syrupy to me.

I work out in the morning, 5:30) so I can be an active part of family life the rest of the day. Nothing ever gets in the way of a 5:30 workout. If I defer it to evening ... its at risk of kids or wife needing me. Good luck!
