I think for me personally it is circuits... I do a 10 minute cardio and then hit legs, arms and abs, then cardio, legs arms and abs.... etc... I save the less strenuous weight work for the end so I have less risk of injury.

there was a woman easily in her 70's anorexic thin but biking away on the recumbant... hats off to her for trying to stay healthy. The guy that wears the space suit actually went without it the other morning and he is looking good... can tell where he is starting to lose weight... maybe I need to get one of those.

I think the first 5 minutes on the elliptical are the hardest, once I get past that, then the rest of my time is easier... I start slow and then pick up speed. I agree with others though... build up your time each time you do it. That is what I did.

Seriously all those that like red wine. There are articles about how Red wine breaks down fat... It is actually helpful in weight loss... but in moderation. I switched to red wine because of the health benefits of it, but even more glad now that I red these articles!

Midrin is wonderful and it is non-narcotic.... I also drink coffee, the caffeine helps ward it off... most of the time mine hit in the middle of the night.

I am with you here! I would love to wear whatever I want. My hubby can't believe how much more weight I want to lose, he thinks I am going to be too skinny, but I have to get rid of my hips, thighs and rear!

the guilt of eating something bad makes me not want it.... I have had my moments of cheating... then start thinking the same thing... how am I going to undo it.... usually alot more exercise time.

I only eat fruit about once a day... I eat almonds... about the only nut that I can digest. I will see if I can add more of those on my weak days.

Tonight this was my dinner Tumaros multi-grain tortilla sauteed in 1/2 Tbs light margerine, onions, mushrooms and spinach and added about 1/2 ground beef patty added slim of skim swiss and put it all in the tortilla 314 calories! and quite filling.

crazyea, I do not think you were close minded at all.... You believe strongly in what works for you... I tend to do that too.. but was reminded by a co-worker that she responds better to cardio... nothing wrong about being enthusiastic with what works for you!
