Any of those builds look "strong " to me!! Slim to middle looks great! I hate a bulky looking man.. makes me think of a cocky egotistical jerk for some reason!

I am a Jillian fanatic and do her longer videos or running. However, I am still a big fan of Taebo...I do the older videos and still really like Billy's BootCamp. Taebo really shoots the heart rate up.

It sounds like too much fun to give it up! If it feels good, keep it up...you can always eat more the next day. It all averages out . Sounds like a great fitness routine.

Check this website out!!! www.crockpt365.blogspot.com , then search Yogurt I have tried a ton of them from the store and was okay with the Oikos....UNTIL I learned to make it myself. It is less costly and the end result was much better. I had trouble eating the store bought after a few batches of homemade. The difference…

Great advice from the guy you know! Second, you look absolutely fabulous . That said...everyone who said that it is a mix of healthy eating, strength training, cardio, resistence, etc. is absolutely correct! You have accomplished something that a vast majority of people have never done with that AMAZING loss! I just took a…

Yes...the weight forces your feet to spread...the loss in weight causes less pressure on the tendons allowing ( a little "bounce back" so to say! Also any fat deposits and water retention in the feet get better from the weight loss! Its just a great win win situation. Of course it is sad to say goodbye to some favorite…

Wow, thought I was the only one...I haven't done Ripped in 30 with Jillian but I have her others and they don't kill me like Tae Bo does. Then again it depends on the day..some days I'm fine, others I want to pass out. To the original poster-All of Jillians videos are tough to start out but do know that it is perfectly…

Your progress is amazing! Your back, butt, legs, waistline, arms...EVERYTHING has changed dramatically!

Congrats on you NSV! Running is thrilling especially the feeling of going further each time! I'm set up for my first 5 K in two weeks and incredibly excited about it! Keep pushing ladies , you should be incredibly proud!

When you go into Food tab, go to recipes, add a new recipe and add all the ingredients into your own recipe database. You name it, say how many servings are in it, and list each ingredient...the website will do all of the hard work for you...it is my new found friend and the best way to get accuracy.

Yes ma'am...It sure is bladder control. I also have issues(third baby did it to me..love him anyway...lol) with this. Jumping Jacks seem to be the only thing that gets me. I normally run and empty my bladder right before I have to do them and I am fine.

Today I made steel cut oats per package direction(1 serving), stirred in a bit of canned pumpkin, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar! Yummy! Sorry not a big measurer. The other day I mixed in a frozen 1/2 banana chunk(I save them for smoothies), quarter cup of frozen blueberries, tbs of finely chopped pecans, and…

It depends on your end goal. I think you need to look at where you are in your weight loss. Are you healthy already? According to your post ...for 5'8"..and you are already in the healthy range. If you want to get to the bottom of your healthy range you will want to just excercise and eat well making sure you are…

Fabulous! Congrats on such an awesome feeling!

Yes...I have had two plateaus! I also am 33 and 5'3" . The first one was before I joined MFP Stuck at 26 lbs lost. Then joined and lost 5 more and have been stuck since the middle of March until today when I lost 1 pound bringing me to 124 lbs. Finally!!! I did have days where I ate under my net calorie goal and a few days…

I was stuck at 26 lbs lost for 2 months...then I joined MFP started really controlling my calories and the types of foods. Don't get me wrong, I will still eat something if I absolutely want it but I make sure to work out really well so it is counteracted. I can't view your diary to give you much advice other than it truly…

4 sizes down! Great work you've been doing!

My cousin tried them last week..said they stink when you open them but after rinsing(I think that's package direction) and cooking them in the dish that she made, she said they weren't bad. Hoping to see what others think.
-
Congratulations on your 5K! That is absolutely exciting and there is nothing better than finding out you are so much stronger than you think!
-
Me, too! I'm far from 91 but just because our age increases doesn't mean we give up! I am stronger at 33, than I have been my entire adult life so far. And I plan on being even stronger...thank you for the further motivation!

I would aim for the higher protein, lower calorie snacks to keep you feeling fuller longer. The yogurt bar is a great idea...opt for a greek yogurt since it is higher in protein, nuts, cottage cheese and things to that effect. You look like you are doing fabulous! If you are hungry..go ahead and eat more calories..it won't…

Jilllian Michaels-Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is pretty intense! I also love doing Tae bo videos. I love them! They seem harder on me than running for an hour.

Yep...when I first started working out in the summer. My calorie intake was low(hence the sugar situation mentioned earlier) as well as not drinking enough water. Several sites mentioned that this "chills" effect is due to dehydration. My feelings are the combination of sugar imbalance and low water intake. Definitely…

Regardless of whether you eat back excercise calories or not, You need to have a NET calorie intake much closer to 1200 than you are hitting. Subtract those excercise calories out of what your total calories says you eat and you will see that your net is only around 600 to 800 most days. Feed that body..you are wearing it…
