From what I read on here regularly...1200 is intended for starting weith loss and the number that WOMEN should not go under. oops...I will try intermingling the sprints with my jogging when I go..I have trouble getting out of the house for this so I will have to pick up Ripped in 30.--I was skeptical to begin with that it wouldn't be as hard as the longer videos of hers but then again, I haven't met a Jillian video I didn't love!

Log it in as circuit training! Zumba can be logged as dance or high impact aerobics(atleast that's what I have been doing) As with anything..it won't be completely accurate due to differing fitness levels and intensities . But that's about all we can do without heart rate monitors attatched to our bodies...(:

Well it sounds good but it is completely relative to the results you are wanting to achieve. If you just started..its a great place...If you've been at it awhile and your results aren't changing ...you will want to add time or intensity or another day(just be sure to give yourself a day of rest on occasion!

Yep..you should eat! Your body needs fuel to keep up with that calorie expenditure from your killer workouts. You should have a deficit daily but not burning more during your excercise routine than what you eat...you have to consider that you are also burning calories on top of that from just living!! Breakfast just means...break the fast...soooooo, enjoy what kinds of food you like to eat, but it does need to be done fairly soon after you wake up. I personally love a good sandwich for breakfast! All that sugary crud makes me feel like crap...give me some protein so I can work on those muscles!!!

I think you are doing fine..even with the snacks you have..you are eating under 1200 calories...If you were eating over your calorie goal every day ...I would worry.
