Well, don't think I will make 20 lbs but I will try my best. My challenges have been mostly not being able to exercise like I should/want to. Work is taking up almost all of my time. My eating got a bit out of control as well. Work =Stress=not doing what I'm suppose to. I'm not giving up though. It's the first of a new…

Wow is it 4 weeks already? Not doing as well as I want to be but still got my eye on the prize/goal. Good job to everyone who's getting it done.

Trainers are wonderful. Wish I could afford to get mine back. If I ever come into a large sum of money you better believe my trainer will be back.

This weekend for me was not the best but I could have been soooo much worse so not beating myself up too much. This week I will have to work harder. Still doing C25K and 30DS. Went out of town yesterday so didn't get to the Shred. Today will be day 3. I think my body needed the one day break anyway so that I can maintain proper form when using the weights. Still sore but the one day break helped. Hope everyone is still on track and having a great weekend.

However I refuse to give up for WE are not meant to be heavy. WE will take this thing one day at a time. WE will be victorious. Thank goodness TOM does not stay forever. WE can do it.…

I'm in. This will be my first challenge. I'm glad I looked on the second page as I thought I had more time to think about it. Everything sounds good. My name is Kim. I'm married, no children yet. I work full time (stressful job) and am in school looking for a career change. I have tried several things in the past to lose…

Add me. I have more than 50 to lose and find that motivation is very helpful especially when having rough days. We can do it!
