Thanks for responding. Women are just as equal as men and can do anything we can the same or even better. I also add in crunches in between sets to rest my arms lol.

The post that got looked over was asking if I should bulk buying went ahead and began bulking. My goal is to bulk without much fat gain. My total calories so far is 2500 per day which I find it hard to meet daily.

Yea I'm already bulking as of Friday and the way Kombat doing it I should gain with little to no fat gain. Also I read that IF will keep the fat gains to a minimum so I'm not worried bout that lol. I'll keep u updated and if I go the wrong way ill abort and do something else.

I'm on my 5th night of IF. I really enjoy it alot! It seems like I wake up with tons of energy and I'm not hungry until 3 or 4 hrs after waking up. I just read through all of the responses and I appreciate everyone taking the time to respond. I've been at 2400 calories or so for about 4 days so I guess ill lower it down some more til my body adjusts.

Ok for one since I started in Jan I've been at a defecit for 7 months so I really didn't build muscles. My lower belly is the only one lagging. First of all Congrats! Second a pal of mine said it was bad for females to do IF which is crazy because I know lots of women do it Right now I'm weighing 193lbs and goal weight is 180 or 175. I still notice quite a bit of lower belly fat so I'm doing IF to get rid of as much fat as possible. I'm at around 24% body fat…

I will probably do my 3 meals on the weekends also. Its good to know that the benefit of fasting is more energy.

I just finished my IF and I have to say I feel alot better! I woke up with more energy than before. I think I'm gonna enjoy this IF.

That doesn't sound like a bad idea! A few people are saying there's no benefit even though some of my friends say they have done it and it has helped. I'm gonna try it out for 2 weeks and see what happens.

Ill try this out for about 4 weeks Richy but I think ill start at 2300 and if I gain weight ill deduct calories. But I like your advice.
