Just started my 2nd Whole 30 on the June 20th after doing the first one about a year ago. Lost 9 lbs. Went on a retreat on Day 31, so didn't do the 10 day food reintroduction, which defeats the purpose. Perfect timing. I just logged in after 3 years! Gained 3 lbs, but goal weight is exactly 30 lbs from today's weight. I'm doing Whole 30, so not counting calories but eating super clean. Super excited, and feelinf extremely positive! SW. 186 6/20/16 CW. 178.8 6/24/16 GW. 148

Thanks for your suggestion, you are right.I added a field in my measurements section to track the daily ups and downs, but I will start logging on the ticker, and weigh maybe once a week.

I did a "metabolic typing" thing a few years ago and found that my body needs high protein, high fat, low carbs to function at its best. I changed my MFP macros to 40/30/30. Weight loss is slow for me too, I'm just starting here, and 5 lbs off but I'm gaining muscle and losing inches so trying not to let the scale mess…
