Anyone Jump Roping?
Anyone Jump Roping? I just did 12 intervals of 30 second fast jumping 20 sec rest. How do I count that? As 6 minutes work, or total time spent interval training. Want to add this as a quick interval burn when im short on time. Would love to hear other's experiecnes snd suggestions.
