Hi there...I find when I hit the weights prior to any aerobic exercise I seem to burn more at rest. Just a personal observation. Oh and I love Zumba. So far, I've lost a little over 26 lbs. since Jan 24.

Hi there! Sorry to hear about your foot! When I hurt my ankle...and knee for during another incident, I went swimming. If you have access to a pool, swimming is great exercise.

I'm averaging about 2lbs. a week. I completely revamped my eatting schedule, eatting 6 small meals a day. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are usually between 300-500 calories and my am and early pm/late pm snacks are usually 100-300 calories. I make sure to get 3 servings of veggies a day somewhere in there. I'm meeting with her for an hour on Thursday because I just shared MFP with her and she noticed that I'm consuming too much sugars. In spite of that, I've lost 9 lbs. eatting 5-6 times every 2-3 hours and…

I'm about to start week 3 of my healthy way of living and I noticed just yesterday that things that tasted just fine to me is now way to salty. I think it may have to do with the fact that I'm eatting more veggies and no prepackaged foods. Oh and I'm drinking more water. I use to have maybe 1 glass a day and I'm at 6-8…

Hang in there! The important thing is that you realize this and can get back on track. I've made similar mistakes and felt like throwing in the towel. Think about your ultimate goal and well...let the past be the past and move on. You can do this! You are in control! Nadine
