This summer at our county fair before we were in the pig wrestling contest!! Good excercise for 6 seconds!! I was sore the next day!

I would agree with the Luna Bars being the best tasting. They are DELICIOUS! I eat one every day for breakfast. They keep me full until noon!

I fill them with a little bit of Nutella, fold them over and bake until golden brown. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar and you have a WONDERFUL dessert!

Last week: 192 This week: 191.2 Lost .8...should have been better but had a few cheats this weekend. Time to crawl back on that wagon, get my butt in gear, and get OUT of these 190's!!!

Zumba 2!! I love it! And it will also help you keep track of your weight and clories burned...I don't think Zumba 1 does that! So much fun. I also have the Biggest Loser. It gives you a decent workout, but I get bored with it. You can also keep track of your weight loss on there and even your food diary!

Last week: 192.4 This week: 194 How can this be true?!?! I've been exercising more, following my calorie goal. I even stood on the scale twice because I couldn't believe my eyes! I hate gaining! Now I feel like I am starting all over. I have GOT to get out of these 190's. Been here for way too long.

Last week: 192.4 This week: 191.8 .6 pounds lost! Better than nothing or a gain even. My goal this weekn is to hit 190 (or even below!!). It's possible. I just have to work at it!

Last week: 194 This week: 193.6 -.4...not great, but better than a gain I guess. Someday I wanna stand on that scale and see like 5 pounds gone!

I was 194.2 last week. This week, 194.0. And to top it all off I am dealing with TOM. Grrrr. I won't lie. I have fallen off the wagon in the last 2 weeks or so. Time for me to crawl back on and get in gear. No excuses...just results!

We did the biggest loser at my work right before the holidays. It was 8 weeks long. Every Tuesday morning, we would weigh in. We kept track of % lost instead of pounds (because we're all different sizes) on a poster board in our break room. You had to be honest! Every week we would pay $1. If you gained, you had to pay an…

Once again, I have no picture to share, BUT I stood on the scale this morning and it showed 195.4. Thats a loss of 1.4 pounds since last week! YIPPEE! I am so happy. This was a rough week, but I watched my portions and prayed for the best. I'll take a - 1.4 any day!

I borrowed the Wii Zumba from a friend and LOVED IT! 20 minutes of exercise will break a sweat, but it's so much fun, you don't notice the work. Then, I got Zumba 2 for my birthday and it's even better. It will tell you calories burned and everything. I don't think the first one does that. Either way, I LOVE both of them.…
