I just bought one at academy for 500 it is Nice it has the port to plug your phone with speakers, and this one isn't too tall I love it so far. Nice to have one

I usually eat breakfast right when I get up. Before the diet I'd rarely worry bout breakfast but now I think the breakfast may be boosting my energy level. Being I eat more protein , oddly today is the first day I skipped it. But just had an early lunch consists of spinach okra mix.

I'm losing slowly. I've lost 7.8 lbs in 40 days or so at night I eat cereal snack after dinner lol and I'm still losing but slow. I control good during the day but it's hard to really tell when we cook a meal how much calories. So I kind of guess Like tonight we had frogs in tomato gravy which we call sauce p can. French…

I can eat two eggs every day. Some days I eat oats instead I just started the oats was sceptble about them but not too bad. I'm learning new foods every day.

I make eggplant dressing probably not healthy but could substitute the rice to brown rice. Eggplant grind meat bell pepper onions and the rice.
