So I go beast mode in the gym only to fight temptation from every grain of sugar on the planet. I'm curious to know how what type of diets and meal plans you all have come across that provided the greatest results?

The one that you can stick to and will keep you in a deficit will be the most successful. I still eat the same things I ate before losing weight, just in smaller quantities.6

Trying not to eat stuff from a box sometimes I might get the Adkin stuff I had the brownies by them and it was delicious0

Eating what I like in measured portions. Just had three cinnamon bun oreos; going for a 7 mile run in half an hour.1

Eating what I like in appropriate amounts, at regular intervals, and in balanced and varied meals made up of real foods, not demonizing any food groups, and not stockpiling large amounts of foods I have trouble moderating.3
