Level 4 does seems to go by fast! I agree with you too about that plank move where you jump side to side. I like most of the plank moves now, just not this one!

I HATED the plank position when I started out. My arms would shake and it was so difficult for me. Now, I LOVE it! I know it's weird to say that, but I am so much stronger now and no more shaking, and I feel so strong when in the plank position now! Keep it up and your endurance will greatly improve!

Yes, I am on week 4, and it seems as though week 4 is "easier" than week 3, for lack of a better word. Those bear crawls are killer, but for some reason, I loved doing them! I think b/c I could feel it so much in my thighs, and thats where I need the most work!

I have the extreme circuit training one as well, and I agree, Jillian is more of a workout for me. I am currently doing Ripped in 30, and it is killer! Once I complete this though, I plan on incorporating Jackie into the mix again.

Week two is insane as well! Watch as Shelly (in the back) has a tough time getting through the workout. It really makes me feel like I am getting a great workout. Today is my last day on week two....tomorrow is week three..ahhhhhhhhh!!

Most mornings I have multi-grain cheerios with 1/2 banana in it and cocunut milk beverage with it. Some days I have two whole grain tortillas with egg whites and mango salsa. Both are so yummy and filling also.

Sounds good to me! Im having a terrible time at weightloss, but have lost 2.5 in. around my waist, which is better than nothing! The one girl (Shelly, I think) in the video, who does the modifications, has some killer thighs! Jillian def does a great job of encouraging you to keep going!
