Chocolate! I did it for 60 days when I began this journey and it's my only downfall in my diet, I figured I'll have lots of eggs at easter to look forward to so I can cut it until then!

I'm 5'7 and reached my goal weight of 112lbs and feel like I would still want to lose another half a stone but am only stopping myself because I know I'm already underweight and my family and friends are telling me that I look it, but to me I don't. I'm hoping toning will sort this out!

I eat bread most days, wholemeal and have lost 18lbs. Mine are good sized slices and only 75 calories, I tend to have two slices everday, if you like it, keep it in!

dominos garlic and herb dip - 160 calories a pot. I used to have 4 pots for a pizza, thats 640calories before I even get started on the pizza. I'd eat a whole large pepperoni passion, altogether thats 2920 and id consume this after a night out, so thats on top of the daily junk I ate and all the alcohol!

Special K have bought out some new biscuits called moments. There are 5 packs of two in a box and two biscuits equal 99 calories. I recently bought the blueberry ones and they really are delicious, they definitely keep me satisfied

I know. And eating the cereal gave me a calorie deficit therefore eating cereal helped me to lose weight.

Ive done it and I lost 8lbs, I had a variety of cereals with soya milk for breakfast and dinner and made a very nutritional lunch. I kept to it for 3 weeks

I started the 30 day shred because I've lost the initial amount of weight I wanted too and know I need toning up, I personally don't think I look unhealthy or too skinny and I only want to lose a little more weight because I go into maintenance

You're only meant to follow it for 2 weeks I think, but I did it for 4 weeks and lost 8lbs.

When beginning my diet, I really cut out nights out for a couple of months. It helps I have a lot of essays due in! my favourite vegetarian meal is quorn chilli :) Just quorn mince with garlic, passatta, kidney beans and some spices. Tastes lovely in a wholemeal tortilla wrap and a small sprinkle of cheese. I had a really good day, followed the 30 day workout video, ate a selection of vegetables and kept under my calorie goal. Drank 2 litres of water and lots of green tea :)! Because I felt good spent the evening pampering myself to make me feel even better!

I've felt exactly like this before! However, I don't think you should compare your photos to what you actually looked like. I think photos just on a night out always make someone look worse than they actually are. Thankyou for your feedback, I always make sure I eat three meals a day but I can't help it I don't feel hungry inbetween and therefore I don't feel the need to have something to eat.
