I have to respectfully disagree, a piece of pie for me is never a piece of pie. My husband and I have given it up for the last month. (When we started MFP) I have to say, I feel great, I sleep better and we are saving about a $100 a week! Now the holidays are coming up and I am planning to go through them without alcohol. My next glass of wine will be in March when we go away for our 29th anniversary.

I think this is a great idea for me who has so much to lose. If I ever find myself wavering or getting off track 5 rocks, marbles whatever representing a pound each that I have to carry around until I lose the next 5 would probably be enough to get me back on track.

A 5k I am on W3D3 (tomorrow) of a C25K app that I have on my phone. My husband and I are taking a cruise in March for our 29th anniversary and the second stop is a private island in the Bahamas. There is a 5K the morning of that stop and I am hoping to be able to run the entire way!!!!
