Thanks everyone! My trainer and i are going to retest my bodyfat this week and see my changes since i first started and focus on body fat percentage and not scale number! Made some great gains this week! Thanks again!

Just by the handlebars on treadmill. My trainer said i need to start running that my walking at an incline is not pushing me hard enough to elevate my hearrate. That im conditioned now I need to take the next step up....

I do drink water while working out... like one bottle. I also drink crystal light but didn't know if that counts as water.... lol
