Thank you! There are some days when I go over on carbs for example and feel really bloated as a result and then others when I can go over and be fine so I guess I'll just keep an eye on how I feel on days when I've gone over my targets :) thank you!

Ooh thank you, I actually found a yoga workout that I did yesterday and I definitely felt it through my whole core so I'm going to do that several times a week too. Even if it doesn't make a huge difference I'd still do it anyway as I really enjoyed it :) What sort of foods do you count as 'gluttons'? Like processed/fast…

I've noticed from looking over my diary of foods that I'm quite high on my carbohydrates most days, could that be what's causing all this bloating?

Thank you! That post's really helpful!! Hm... I have thought about that, I think each day when I've logged my foods I'm going to note down how bloated I feel so I can see if there's any kind of pattern forming between what I've eaten and the level of bloating

It's just so frustrating isn't it? From running I can definitely see that my legs have toned up but I'm worried about losing too much more weight because I don't want to end up at an unhealthy level but nothing I do seems to help get rid of this belly!

Are probiotics easy to find? I've bought some Activia yogurts because I heard that they help with bloating but I'd definitely look into getting some proper probiotics too.

Thank you! Well, I'm trying to do pilates exercises that focus on the abs, as well as trying to do the six week six pack workout by Jillian Michaels. Do you think if I combine some more of these sorts of exercises with cardio then eventually it'll get better? Will strengthening my ab muscles help prevent bad bloating?
