I try to avoid cheat days but sometimes I'll go over 300-500 cals especially if I don't get a workout in. Today however is a "fly across the country" day with multiple stops. Impossible to exercise and calorie-bomb airport food and drinks at every stop. Today is lost...but tomorrow is a new day.

Big Mexican combo plate at La Pinata...taco, enchilada, tamale, beans rice and endless chips and salsa, cerveza and more cerveza. Then, like a lion sleep it off for about a week.

The distribution of fat in the waist area could very well be related to hormonal or genetic factors. Your calories seem low enough for rapid weight loss, and as some have said possibly so low as to trigger the body's starvation mechanism. Good luck...you do look pretty awesome as is.
