2 sets of 45. I feel great. Not sore and they weren't to hard. I enjoyed my rest day and it took care of all soreness. I have been stretching more and its really helping. Great job everyone. You are all amazing

I totally agree we can all do this :) Only 3 weeks left. If you missed a few days its ok. You can just start again tomorow Just as much as you all need help being motivated , so do we. We are all in this together. This is tough for everyone.

You can break up the squats throughout the day. Take as many breaks as you need. Yes it is very safe to do squats everyday. Squats are just a simple toning exercise :)

I wouldnt be able to do 200 at once. I like to break mine down. usually 20 at a time then a minute break. when we start doing over a hundred i will split it into morning/evening. Like 50 n the morn 50 at night and take more breaks.
