I would like to carry on but I am getting so upset with my weight UP....DOWN. Last week I was at 216lbs. today I'm at 218.9 and I have been working hard and most day under my calorie goal. I was so excited once I finally dropped down past 218 then to get on the scale this morning and see it is back to the same number.
