I asked about this a couple days ago, but I don't think I got an answer. I think Gary's groups made the first week a short one, but I'll just stick to what this group decides to do.

  • ATTENTION - TEAM BOOTIE BUSTERS

What a team! We had full participation last week from all 10 Team Members which is awesome! And you are all really good about posting your progress on this board which makes my life so much easier! Thank you.

A few clarifying points from last weeks progress:

1 - Every day you can pick which series of excercizes you want to do. I do the Pygmy if I am pressed for time and the Bushman if I have time. I don't need to know what you did, just that you did one of them.

2 - Our weeks got a bit screwed up becvause the month started on a Thursday but our weeks are Monday - Sunday with Sunday as the rest day. I will be posting this weeks challenges shortly.

3 - Our Team Roster is as follows:

    Timeforme23
    Femtec74
    karabobarra
    Neonpink
    susanb_16
    dkjohnson (was BeilaLin)
    BroDave
    Sandyslosenit
    Topsking2010
    RalphCurt (Captain)

4 - Please send me your weights as of yesterday so we can tally lost weight points. !!

5 - Congratulations to Timeforme23, Femtes74, karabobara, sandyslosenit and RalphCurt - All of them had a perfect week! If you think you did but I missed it please let me know.

OK, GO BOOTIE BUSTERS, we are doing really well!

So - I'm leaving for vacation this weekend and I'm going to try to keep up with the challenges, but I won't be able to take my weights. I am planning on taking my resistance bands with me, but I need some good substitutions - any ideas?
