I love weight control oatmeal with diced apples, raisins, craisins, walnuts or almonds and cinnamon. I also like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and granola with greek yogurt.

When I burn more than I eat, I eat 1275-1300 and I've burned up to 1700 in a day :)

I plan my diary a couple days in advance and bring everything plus an optional snack in a cooler to work, also I don't buy the kids treats when I grocery shop we take a walk to the convenience store for the occasional indulgence

I have always found negative calorie days and extremely low fat/saturated fat days I'm far more likely to binge, on negative calorie days I've woken in the middle of the night to eat

This is almost exactly what I did with the constant metabolism stimulation but I did an hour of cardio and an hour of calisthenics and strength training every day, often the cardio in the morning on an empty stomach

Consuming 1275-1300 calories a day and burning 1000-1400 calories a day I lost 104 lbs in 6 months, gained 25 back but maintaining it :)

I make mine at home, I put cinnamon nutmeg and vanilla extract in the grinds when I brew it, yummy yummy minimal calories... no milk cream or sugar for me so my pot of coffee a day helps eliminate excess fluids and is only around 20 calories

Diner beware a recent independent study shown that restaurants advertised calorie content is oftn off by up to 300 calories!!!! I eat in most often and pack my lunches for work.

If you don't care for walnuts you can use pecans and if you don't like bananas you can use 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetned apple sauce in place of the mashed banana in the batter and omit the slices from the pancakes

update, I have reduced the oil in all my recipes down to 1/2 tbsp and use 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce in its place, I have also rduced the milk to 1 cup and for the remained use water. Enjoy!

Update: I have reduced the milk in my pancake recipes to 1 cup and use 1/2-3/4 cup water and reduced the oil to 1/2 tbsp and use 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce

Mmm mmm sounds great, I often reduce the flour by a half a cup and add a half a cup of crushed old fashioned oats when I make muffins and breads, I'm making these this weekend!!!! Bump bump ;^)

I may top these with ricotta marinara and mozzarella as an easier version of the eggplant and squash lasagna I've been making, and yes with portabellos would be yummmm too!!!

Doing this with a flatout light italian flatbread using double the ingredients is around 350 cal and mmm mmm good!! Still toast the bread slightly before topping it.

Also, to reduce the sugar and calories in my recipes I have been using 1/2 the amount of sugar and then half of that (1/4) in granulated splenda, once the splenda is gone I will be trying it with truvia ;^)

To be honest I've wanted to try but the ingredients are so expensive I don't want to have wasted it if it fail, I made berry muffins this morning and was going to reduce the oil and substitute some applesauce but was skeered....
