I'm going to start by having 1-3 vegan days a week and see what happens. First though I'd like to have a solid base of meals/deserts that are vegan to try!

I've lost 45.6 lbs altogether and 14.5 lbs since using this site. I eat 1200 calories daily. I switch up my workouts every day. No two days are the same in any given week.

For the first three weeks I saw no change I maintained to exact same weight, then all of a sudden I started dropping 0.2 ..0.8 even upto 1.8 lbs /.. now 61 days in I have lost 14.5 lbs overall. :) stick with it! also.. water adds weight, my cycle adds upto six lbs for me :(

I usually switch up routines.. from yoga to swimming that way I ensure I work all parts of my body throughout the week.

Yes.. this happened to me at first. I kept the same calorie goal but tried not to eat under that. I eat at 1200 -1300 and burn off the extra. I also found working out made me tired toward the end of the week. BUT HANG IN THERE because after a while you don't anymore. Now when I work out I feel more energetic than before. :D

Overall, I want to lose 60.1 (I'm starting at 200.1 lbs and I want to be 140 lbs) so far I have lost 14.5 lbs and that leaves 45.6 lbs to go for me! I'm sorry hun, but to me this just sounds like a very mean and cruel excuse! Weight should be a factor in proposing. Either he loves you or he just doesn't want marriage. But to be honest if my fiance had said that to me he would have been an ex about five minutes later.
