Hi, My name is Brittany, I'm 22 (193.2 lbs). I want to start running regularly. I need to know where to start. I know I can't just hop up and start running like a pro.... Starting up? Speed, how long, ? What goals should I start with? Please help me start!

Snacking!
Ahhh.. Snacking. I love snacking throughout the day! But it really sucks when at the end of the day you've went over in both carbs and sugar because of those pesky snacks. What low-carb, low-sugar and low calorie snacks do you munch on? Please share!
