Yoga is a great way to loosen up tight muscles before and after a workout! As well as stress relief!

Start with smaller changes, and once you've committed to those. Start with just one goal at a time.

I stepped on a scale.. and saw that I weighed a lotttttttt more than I had guessed. I was ashamed of myself and how far I had let myself go. So I said I would change, and I did. I lost 62.4 lbs so far, and I have a ways to go. But I know now that it's possible and I will stop at nothing to reach my goals both here on MFP…

It is easier with friends .. before joining MFP I lost 50 lbs but I also gained back, now since joining I lost the weight I gained back and then some and have kept it off!

Calories in and Calories out. Exercise hun, eat healthier choices, go for a walks, join Zumba classes, ectera.

I did 1200 for almost two years, and it works for a while but then your body recognizes the low calorie diet for what it is and you hit a plateau!

I have Jillian micheals dvd's and Leslie sansone's just walk! I also love YouTube and enjoy tone it up, xhit daily, blogilates, fitness blender, and be fit as well as a lot of others the videos on YouTube are great because they range from beginner to advanced as well as time range
