Struggling to lose weight.

Can't stick at a diet plan. But will keep trying to get motivated.

    Start with logging what you are currently eating, and then look for smaller changes that you can make. Before you know it, you will have a plan that will work for you.

    Start with smaller changes, and once you've committed to those. Start with just one goal at a time.

    Sometimes I do better when there is no "plan." I don't have to be perfect to lose weight....I just need to improve. I eat more whole foods; more fruits & veggies. Make healthier swaps at lunch time (carrot chips instead of potato chips). I limit restaurant food to once a week.

    Baby steps. Just tackle one habit at a time.
