They have bottles of flavored carbonated water at wal-mart that are pretty cheap, about 60 cents for a liter or something like that. If you have any Aldi near you they have to same thing that just a little bit cheaper. I use to love these, but I've cut back on my carbonated drinks since they aren't great for your teeth.

That's the best feeling in the world! Believe it and keep working hard!

I don't like myself today... I didn't work out yesterday (really sore calf muscle) and I've been eating to much junk. BUT I'm getting back on the horse and I'll like myself tomorrow!

I'm a convert. I use to plan very little. I had an idea of what was in the fridge/pantry and wing it when I got home from work. But now, I plan everything for the entire week and post it on our menu (I have a white board week calendar that is meant to write out the meals for the week.) I love it and my boyfriend can never…

Carrots- I can't stand carrot unless their flavor is masked by something else. I put them in casserole, soups, and stew b/c I know they are good for me, but I could never sit and snack on them:sick:

Welcome to my life... I work with exectutive for a big corp and they get thing catered all the time. Just this morning there was left over donuts, bagels, and pastries. Yesterday we too had Mexican catered for lunch. We get things like this at least once a month. Will power and moderation is key, which I know is hard to do.

If I'm keeping things simple just a teaspoon of sugar or brown sugar. Otherwise I love putting in fruit (I like fresh better but sometimes that's not possible, but frozen works too.) Blue berries, strawberry, grany smith apples are my favs. I hear some great things about peanutbutter but still haven't tried that.

I had to do a bunch of research on this for my boss (CEO of a larger corp.) and what I found is that it might be better to get the iPad instead of the iPad2. There weren't many significant changes made to it, and with the new cost the iPad 2, it might be cheap to get just an iPad. Check out this link; it is very helpful:…

Nope... I figure that I burn those 5 calories while chewing it. I also buy the sugar free kind so no need to worry about that.

Just had fish last night. Here is how I prepared it: Shake on some parsely and oregano then drizzel with extra virgin olive oil. Top with crushed garlic and crumbled feta. Bake for about 10 minutes at 400 (cook time depends on thickness of fish about 10 minutes for each inch) and Enjoy.

I make my own bread crumbs, so I use different combo of spices to give my crumbs different flavors. I also use a different combo of spices as rubs for my meat before cooking them. Sometimes it just a guessing game and I throw a bunch of different things together, and it usually turns out pretty good. Or if I don’t have one…

I've made this before, but the crust wasn't crispy. Any ideas on how to crisp it up? Maybe puttingit on the lower rack? Don't have a pizza stone so I don't know if that makes a differents. Thanks.
