I'm looking for ideas for breakfast that I can make on the weekrndendd then just grab and go before work. Sassymama66 I think I'm going to do the jard boiled eggs next week. I have apple oatmeal muffins for this week.

The mud run I've done allows you to check your bag and your bib number is the way to retrieve it. Wear capri's that go below the knee because the mud can have gravel in it at times. Have someone watching to be the photographer!

People struggle with what to say when other's are loosing weight but it is hard to have a critical parent. I'm guessing she is critical in other areas of your life too. :wink:

In addition to your PCP for a medical issue I'd go to a nutrionist or dietician. You may acutually not be eating enough. My girlfirend had that happen. :wink:
