Hi all, MFP only allows so many messages every 10 minutes and I exceed that very quickly with the amount of people in the group. I don't want to turn away anyone; however, if you simply click on the below link and then click either "join" or "apply" you can still join that way. The invite method is very time consuming to do.

Hi everyone and you can do this!!
I'm just dropping in to support you all.
I'm coming up to the end of week 7 of a 12 week challenge to loose 20lb and Iv already dumped 14lb. Well on track to hitting the 20 by week 12.
Iv not done anything special just kept to my calorie allowance and got 20 mins exercise in everyday. Even if it's just a walk round the block with my kids.
I set myself this challenge for motivation
