I asked this a week ago when I was having a fever and wasn't able to do workout for 5 days. I ate at maintenance since most of the opinion says that the body needs enough nutrients to fight the viruses. You would want to recover soon to get back on track. get well soon :)

I'm 5'3, CW:118-120lbs fluctuating, SW: 156lbs. I have muscular legs esp in the calves even though I've lost almost 36lbs, it still muscular though it slim down a bit compared before I'm not really sure if my body is athletic type but I kinda have broad shoulders too. :)

I gained weight because of lack of discipline, and obsession to foods. Last May 2013, my jeans and clothes were becoming tight again though the size is already big. I thought instead of buying new larger clothes, I need to lose weight to fit into nice clothes. :)

I used to do that when I was just starting my journey to weight loss, 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening, I find it effective however, I felt really tired so I'm doing an hour a day at present. :)

I have thick calves and so I feel insecure about my legs, though it got slimmer as I lose weight, still I'm not comfortable wearing shorts. I hope to gain confidence and guts to wear someday. still working to tone my body. :))

I believe turbofire is more intense and fast paced, I'm on week 9 of turbofire and I love it! :)

I'm doing turbofire and I love it! but if you want free workout vids, search on youtube, fitness blenders site has tons of free workout vids from HIIT, ligh impact cardio, strength training, barre, yoga etcetera :)

I don't eat before my workout, but I drink 500ml of water before I start.

I'm addicted to cardio, so I do at least 30mins a day. but i know strength/weight training should be my priority now. :)
