Same height here. 5'3, 21 y/o. My starting weight was 155lbs - End of May 2013. I'm down to 119lbs as of last night. I start seeing results after a month and a half when I lost my first 10lbs. :))

I'm not a heavy breakfast eater. I usually allocate 200-260 at most for breakfast. :) My biggest meal would be at lunch. :)

be consistent and committed. don't weigh yourself every single day or thrice a day. weigh yourself at most once a month. exercise first thing in the morning, dedicate your 1 hour a day to a workout. eat in proper portion and make sure every calorie counts and everything if not most of the food you eat will be beneficial to…

I make sure every calorie counts and getting the most out of it as much as possible. I avoid fried foods even on my cheat days, small treats daily works for me. :)

I didnt have my period for 3 months already including this month too. have you heard of amenorrhea?

I drink fresh coconut water everyday, but not eating the coconut meat since its high in calorie. hehe. :)

Thanks! I added you! Just had diarrhea awhile ago (please forgive me for still writing this down. Hehe.)
