Well the way this site works it needs a goal, like 1 pound a week or something like that to compute the number of calories you should eat each day. 1 pound a week is fairly healthy to shoot for.

Dont be to critical of a post pregnancy body. Your body goes through an amazing transformation to support that child and it takes months for it to recover. Give it more time and stay strong and you will see the results.

What kinds of foods are you eating to maintain that 2000 calories diet? You can substitute some of those foods for high protien and high fiber foods and help feed your muscles.
