For those questioning the 3-4lbs per week, before I started dieting I sat down with a doctor and dietician to work out what was an achievable and healthy amount to lose per week with my calorie intake and this was the amount of lbs that they worked out it would be healthy for me to lose per week

I don't really do it properly, I've decided to do level 1 for 30 days, then level 2, then level 3, i've had some good results when i've combined it with a low/ no carb (bread potatoes pasta etc) diet and no alcohol, i'm on day 11 and i've lost 5lbs
