YES!!!! Been trying to lose 20-25 pounds off and on for years. Lost 12 gained it back, lost 6...still on this journey and determine to lose those pounds. Gotta keep pushing and trying! :smile:

I'm 5'5" and this is a very inspirational forum. Would love to know what exercise regimen those that have been successful follows (i.e. Insanity, P90X, Spinning, Zumba, etc). Thanks for the added motivation.
