    Congratulations! I hope I can stay motivated like you have! It's hard to hear about people who lose that kind of weight in four or five months. It's not coming off that fast for me. So thank you for the encouragement!

    Thanks :) I paced myself a little bit, but it's more that I had a 3 month lapse where I stayed at 160 after a week long vacation. Took a while to get over that, obviously! I actually lost the last 10 lbs in less than a month... low carb diet is really helping me right now.
