I'm 5'5" and this is a very inspirational forum. Would love to know what exercise regimen those that have been successful follows (i.e. Insanity, P90X, Spinning, Zumba, etc). Thanks for the added motivation.

I did post this on another thread - but I love to see comparisons of women my height - so I hope this inspires another shorty out there. I'm 5' 2.5", 43 years old and I've been at this since October 2011.

It can be done! I did it without much exercise either (not advising that, but you don't HAVE to exercise to lose weight). Stay strong and keep going! Hope I can be some inspiration :)

I began in October at 315.5 and have lost around 86 pounds. The first picture was about a month before I started, and it wasn't my highest weight. The second picture was taken this morning.

In June of 2011, I wore a size 14 and could sometimes squeeze into a size 12. Today I can wear a size 6 and I'm on my way to being a size 4. I did it with healthy eating and lots of exercise!

It's great you kept your curves even after the weight loss. I love your transformation. ;-)
