I eat 3 snacks and 3 meals a day. All preplanned. I like knowing when my next meal is coming and it helps me not get derailed by the office Halloween candy that is popping up on desks everywhere. I also know that if I really want to, I can swap all/part of my snack for one of those goodies if I want it because I know what…

If you have a Kroger chain store in your area, they have a brand called Carbmaster that has yogurts that are 7 calories and either 4g or 5g of carbs per serving. I eat them daily. The Carbmaster milk products are also tasty, though expensive. I do a protein shake with coffee in the morning. Half serving of protein powder…

Very easy. I usually just wipe mine out with a dry paper towel. Every 3rd or 4th use I hand scrub with a little Dawn to get any build up I notice. Cannot put in the dishwasher.

if you have a health food store in your area, you might find the stevia sweetleaf drops. I use the vanilla cream in my coffee protein shake in the morning. I've been wanting to try the chocolate one!! Here is their store locator --> http://sweetleaf.com/store-locator/

Not officially diagnosed, but meet a lot of the criteria that are listed for it. I've been struggling with it for long time, but it has worsened in the last year. I had a significant weight loss after type 2 diabetes diagnosis, but I have yo yo'd the same 25 lbs multiple times over the last year. I eat secretly and in…

I had the cinnafun (love the name) yogurt Monday night. Folks, it was amazing. The pecan pieces and the pie crust were delightful. The yogurt had this amazing cinnamon/cream cheese frosting flavor to it and was super decadent on its own. I like to eat a few spoonfuls of it plain before adding the mix ins so they are…

I took tanzeum for 6 months and was able to drop my a1c from 8.7 to 4.5. I'm now off the medication (a once weekly shot that is NOT insulin, it's a GLP-1, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glucagon-like_peptide-1) and my A1c is at 5.1 with diet and exercise and 1000mg of metformin daily. There is potential for serious side…

I'm loving the PB Cup HT. So tasty! I can hardly divide it up into 3 servings that I usually try to get out of a pint.

It's pretty good. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. Generally I'm a chocolate fiend, but the bits of icing and overall cheescake goodness was a winner.

I have had the key lime chobani, twice now. It's 200 calories, so it can be hard to fit in my day, but soo worth it. It's just like eating a slice of pie. I'm excited to try the cinnamon bun later this week!

Yes! I'm in Cinci. One cannot live on Graeter's alone (without being rounder, LOL).

I haven't had the filled ones (yet!). But, I've had all the fruity peeps and LOVE them (sour cherry, sour lemon/lime, blue raspberry, watermelon and fruit punch). They are all very good, like a fluffy jolly rancher.

I love the chocolate sauce! I do like it on halo top with some chopped nuts! Delish! I also love their Garlic Herb "pasta sauce", it makes amazing shrimp scampi! Their actual mocha coffee creamer is also very very good, I actually like it more than the chocolate sauce.

I was really hoping this would be good. Chocolate covering was too thick and pb was an after thought. Even the chocoated itself was meh. *sigh*

@jenxbowers Saw these on the MFP blog. Some of them could probably work in a crockpot. http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/7-high-protein-meatless-one-pan-meals/ Good luck!

I take the stairs, go the long way around. I have a garmin vivfit 2 that beeps at me if I'm sitting for too long. I try to walk on my lunch a few times a week.

Whoa, that blueberry looks amazeballs. I'm a complete sucker for cobbler.

Got the powder(ETA: Vitacost Whey Protein Complex Powder Vanilla) on Saturday and I've had a few shakes since then. I have to say I'm pretty pleased! I blend it with coffee and sugar free mocha syrup for and pour it over ice. It makes a nice thin drink that is easy to drink through a straw (@Francl27 you're right it's not…

My lunch this week had been, green salad with 2 ounces of lunch meat, yogurt dressing, bell peppers with hummus, and a low carb yogurt. About 300 calories and pretty filling. Though I have planned mid morning and mid afternoon snacks so the smaller lunch works for me. My diary is public if you care to peruse.

1 ounce of cheese and 100g of berries. Yum!

Yay! Jane! You are such an inspiration! I got my a1c done for my endo app next week and it was 5.1. I'm still on metformin, not sure if she'll take me off of it since it also treats my PCOS. I was surprised that it was in the 5 range since I went off of 1 of my meds last august, I was for sure it would have climbed more,…

I'm considering going to premium to get rid of the ads and to be able to choose which macro total you see for each meal in the app rather than the total cals. I'm diabetic and for me seeing the total carbs per meal is beneficial. I believe there are a few other perks too. It's $50 a year.

I just tried this last night. The oatmeal bits are not my fave, though as it melted a bit the oatmeal softened and was a bit more palatable. I do like the based quite a bit and actually wish they left the oatmeal out altogether.
-
maybe you could add a little stevia (or your preferred sweetener) to the mix? Just a thought.

Tried Philadelphia's new cheesecake cups. Kind of meh for 170 calories. The cherries tasted a wee bit medicinal without the cheesecake. The cheesecake was tasty with and without the cherries. Kind like thick yogurt or custard in texture. For over $4 for only 2 servings, I probably won't get it again.

Nice! Getting that tomorrow! I'll report back!

I LOVE that soup at Olive Garden, it's really the only reason I even think about ever going. I'll have to try this for sure!
-
Vitacost users I need your input! Have any of you tried their own brand whey protein (vanilla in particular)? They have a buy one get one 50% off sale and I have a $10 off coupon which makes them a comparable price to what I usually get from Target. Thoughts? TIA…

My 4 year old son loves his "cake" yogurt. I love the Key Lime and Black Cherry too.
