I would book a session with a personal trainer - 1 should be enough, and explain the situation to them. They hcan give you some exercises to do at home with the equipment you already have.

I don't see how a "double workout" could really hurt. But just do whatever you can fit in - something is better than nothing at all!

I was a size 12 at 155 lbs, and I'm 5'2". I carry most of my weight around my belly, I think that's why. :(

Sept 9th weigh-in = 120.3. Exercised 5 days this week for a total of 261 minutes. Didn't meet the water goal any days. :(

Aww, Ross! You look so cute, even in your before pics! And the fact that you could pull off a bikini at your "heavier" weight is amazing. I couldn't even at my lowest weight. Darn babies. :(

I have always found my stomach is the absolute LAST place I lose weight from. That and my boobs, which could afford to be little smaller. :(

I wrap it in 2 layers of aluminum foil, add some lemons and herbs, and bake it in the oven for 20 mins or so.

Awww, I would take progress pics, but I have managed to misplace my camera battery charger, and so I haven't been able to take any pics for months. :( All my pictures are really old, not that that's a bad thing, as it was about -15 lbs ago!

I tried a papaya this week. It wasn't the greatest thing ever - I just cut it up andmixed it wiith some other fruits & yogurt. Maybe there's something better I could do with it? Never had one before but I always thought they were similar to mangoes. They are actually really different!

I think as long as you are eating enough calories of healthy foods, and not overexercising to the point of passing out/total exhaustion, you're okay. Sometimes we lose more than 2 lbs per week, sometimes not. I'm going to friend you - I have some ED issues as well. :(
