Thats awesome!! Whenever my 'skinny' friends say they need to lose weight I always want to yell at them lol. They dont need to lose weight they need to train and get fit0

I needed this today, thanks.
I've run a marathon, completed most of P90X, and tracked calories religiously. And I'm still pretty darn close in BMI to being considered obese.
My diet needs work, I know this, but it's a nice reminder that no matter what the scale says and no matter what my self-perception says, how I FEEL is amazing. And it's also what is important.

I like how in the 2nd photo he has that "cocky", "I'm the **** now expression." LOL He went from humble, to "I'm the ****!" I think that's cool, but it's also interesting to notice the major confidence/ego that manifested. I agree, It's awesome! Good for him.0
