It just depends on what works for you. Some people eat them all back. Others eat half or none of them back. I typically log half of the actual exercise I've done (e.g. if I walk for 1 hour, I'll log 30 minutes) because I feel like MFP tends to overestimate calories burned, and I'd rather be on the safe side. Typically, I…

I don't think he's looking to Skype with people who'd needlessly put him down, anyway. If he's looking for people to Skype with, and you're not interested, why say anything at all? It's uncalled for, and it suggests you've got some serious issues to solve.

You may have exercise-induced asthma. This is asthma that only comes on when exercising. If you were asthmatic at a younger age, there's good reason to believe this may be the case. I assume you're familiar with Albuterol? See if you can get a prescription for it and use it a few minutes before exercising.

I recently discovered that I had exercise-induced asthma. I didn't even know it was a thing! Anyway, right before going to the gym, I've been taking some Albuterol, and I can say that it's helped tremendously. It takes longer for me to become short of breath, and once that occurs and I slow down, it takes me less time to…

Are you sure about that? And if so, how do I do that? I was running on an elliptical trainer, not outside. My understanding is that it's easier to run on elliptical trainers than it is outside, so I can't imagine that formula would be the same.

I found the guy who lost hundreds of lbs who I'd mentioned earlier. Cybered321. That man is an inspiration. Perhaps I'll read through some of his blog and hit the gym.

I'm 19 and have somewhere between 40-50lbs that I need to lose.

I'd like to, but as I've stated, I cannot run outside or on a treadmill for more than a very short distance without suffering intense pain in my legs.
-
It allows for resistance, but I don't use any. I'd imagine that running outside would give me slower times, but I guess I'm wondering how MUCH slower it would be.

In order to have lost 7lbs in a week, you'd have needed to burn 3500 calories a day. Considering you consumed around 1000 calories a day, considering the fact that 20 minutes of exercise isn't going to burn 1000 calories, and assuming that your metabolism isn't burning 3500 calories a day, it's safe to assume that you…

It's already been mentioned several times, but Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was perhaps the most disappointing sequel and movie of all time.

Alright, everyone says that I should be trusting the elliptical trainer over MFP. The only thing I would like to add is that while I didn't keep my hands on the sensors the entire time, most every time I took my heart rate on there, it was between 180-200. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I just sort of feel like with such a high…
