I'm 5'6....got up to 230 while prego, 8 months later I'm 159. Hoping to get around 150-155. I eat around 1700 cals a day and I work out 6 days a week. feel free to add!

It also makes me nervous! I always wear the safety clip when I run, so that way if I fall at least the machine will stop lol

People have said the same to me, "Are you gong to eat that?? Do you wanna undo all of your work?" like really people?? I also have the people that think I starve myself if I skip out on eating something bad, one friend actually told another person I starve myself and that person came to me saying that I shouldn't starve…

I don't remember how long I was on it but I gained 75 lbs rather quickly, it was AWFUL. I came off of it the end of august and i was down 60 lbs by Thanksgiving....this was way back in 2004 maybe ETA...while on this I did in fact eat everything in sight bc it made me so hungry, so thats the reason I gained the weight but…

I guess it was severe, I couldnt walk for more than 10 minutes with out having pain..it was pretty awful. My biggest mistake is when it happened on a sunday I just kept working out the rest of the week hoping the pain would go away on its own, so that probably didnt help.

The docs said I had bursitis in my hip in march last year, (though im not sure if that's accurate or not) I had to take ibprofen for 2 weeks with no exercise, but that didn't help so I had to go to physical therapy twice a week for two months... I'm actually on the opposite end, I love MFP but i also love WW, I joined WW in april and have lost 22 lbs since then. I still count cals on here just to see the difference and bc i like this website/community, BUT i feel like WW helps you realize what you're actually eating better, some one said in a early post something…
