I really enjoyed the books! I know they are NOT great literature in any way! But I really enjoyed the story line about how they fell in love. The 3rd book was by far my favorite as well because it definitely evolved to more of a love story!

That's what I take...but I usually always make sure I take it after I've just eaten! It does tend to make me nauseous if I don't eat, or if I work out right after I take it even if I've eaten!

We started eating plain because of Jillian Michaels diet plan...and we just add a tblspn of low sugar strawberry jelly...makes it much better!

I've been doing this off & on for a year & can't seem to lose...I guess it's because I'm just not dedicated enough yet, and I definitely need to go the route of totally removing fried foods & fast food from my diet...that's a HUGE problem of mine! Still here...hanging in there! Today is actually going to be my first day of Level 3...my weekend was so crazy that I was basically only home to sleep...ughh! I'm going to make up my days missed here this week!!

I would definitely be up for a round 2...I would like to take like a week or 2 off just to switch up my routine and keep my body guessing! Ok so I need some help figuring this out...I found out that I should eat 1910 maintenance/1410 Loss/1200 max deficit... so it should be 1200 day 1 & 2 Day 3 should be 1910???? When I put the information in the zig-zag calculator it comes up with more calories but I'm assuming that's just because it's a little different…

Thanks so much! I will take that into consideration as I just added the sodium category to my things I see in my diary, so maybe that is the problem! Hopefully by trying to eat more fresh items my sodium intake will be lower! Thanks again for the great advice!

Day 12, Level 2 completed! Level 2 is killer! Those V-raises and all of the plank stuff is killing me...my shoulders are like dying by the end...but I'm hoping the switch up will help me to see a loss!! I'm just proud of myself for sticking with this at this point!!
