I confess I don't really enjoy night-outs but I only do it so I can spend more quality time with my friends. I'd rather spend my weekend nights at home alone or with my friends. I confess that I wish I knew (or will learn) how to manage my feelings better :smile:

Start with walking. Go at your usual pace first,then a little faster. Walking helps with relaxing and it can also be a good workout :) But as I read above,find what you like and then just do it.

When I am hungry I eat breakfast but when I am not,I don't. I used to "force" (not really force but you know...) myself to eat breakfast but I can't care less anymore :P

it is different for everyone I guess. Some will lose more and some will lose less. I've lost around 60 pounds (33 kgs-i don't know how many pounds exactly) and my face is less chubby for sure....much less chubby in fact xP

I don't know if I could just live off legumes,veggies and fruit and healthy breads etc. but I enjoy these foods a lot. I also enjoy dairy and some processed food. I'm not eating meat generally but I ate some chicken with my souvlaki. I like balance more. :)

If you want to lose 32 pounds in 4 months that would mean that you would lose 8lbs a month. It's not impossible but it will take a lot of effort. Try some strength training and generally working out while you're eating at a deficit to lose weight. It will make you look much more slimmer. It really helps! Good Luck xx
