I prefer portion control rather than restrictive diets(by restrictive i don't mean only calories). Not that paleo seems bad but personally I can't find a reason to eliminate foods from my diet and red meat every day doesn't seem very healthy to me.. Diets for weightloss (acid/alkaline,atkins,dukan and so on) are silly imo.…

there aren't any bad foods..only bad diets. I have no diet plan. I just eat healthier foods and I eat smaller portions of my favourite "bad" foods. I can't exclude food groups I always ate like carbs (fruit,whole wheat/white bread) or meat and dairy and be on a certain diet while I am already eating at a calorie deficit. It's too much for me since I'm busy enough.

Great job! I eat around 1500-1700 calories on my good days and it works fine with weight loss as long as I workout :smile:

Working out is the way to go. I'm not a dietician but there's no reason to eat at a calorie deficit if you're not overweight. Eat healthy and do both, cardio & strength workouts :)

Ι've adopted my dog from a shelter and it's not a breed but mixed. My advice would be to adopt a dog from a shelter. You won't have to pay to buy your best friend and it will be lucky to live a life full of love. :)

I recently read a "gossip" article,saying that some of the VS angels have a low bmi. I don't know if it's true but I couldn't care less -seriously it's their body to take care of. They definitely are beautiful and I'm no in position to judge them and their bodies.

I usually do not set goals but I have some plans for August. 1) Go to the gym at least 2 times a week, 2) Lose some pounds. I have been at the same weight since April. Actually I gained extra pounds which I later lost.
