Thanks. It took about 3 and a half months. Eating 1200 calories a day, I ate about half my calories back from exercising. I did a 90 day program called Jillian Michaels Total Body Revolution. it comes with 3 different phases, 5 DVDs in each phase. I completed the program at the end of August. Now I just do a few of the…

I do Jillian Michael's Total Body Revolution. I completed the 90 day program so now I just pick a couple DVD's (It comes with 15 DVDs) and workout a few times a week. They are 30 minute workouts and I usually burn between 300-400 calories according to my HRM.

I eat Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwiches, they are under 280 calories. I also tried Smart ones breakfast bowl for 220 calories today. It wasn't bad but I prefer Jimmy Dean Delights sandwiches.

I did fairly well. I did 30 minutes of circuit training (burned 330 calories) and ate healthier than I did over the weekend lol.....dang sweet tooth :wink: I am 194, goal is to be 184 by Christmas!!! :happy:

I started Phase 3 yesterday and I could hardly do most of the workouts :( I have lost 15 pounds and 6 inches since I started the program.

I had 2 hot dogs, some potato chips with cheese dip, a cheeseburger and a cupcake. I tried not to eat too much but thats still a lot of calories. I also did 30 min of cardio this morning and played badminton.

I just started Phase 2 on Sunday. I eat about 1200 calories a day. I have only lost 5 pounds and my clothes arent fitting any differently. I have noticed my breasts are getting smaller :ohwell:
