I take my little one out for a stroller ride every day, and that lasts about an hour. Gives me about 6-7K steps just from that. I usually hit somewhere between 15-20K steps in a day.

I am 5'2", and I definitely agree that 5 pounds gained on my body is the equivalent of about 15 on someone else. :-P But I try to look at the bright side - at least it was always easy to find a guy who was taller than me even in my highest shoes.
