Same problem. After I had my baby I lost the baby weight but was already size 14-16uk size however being on maternity leave and snacking meant I gained more weight than during pregnancy and was up to size 18-20. Lost some weight and now in size 16 but looking to get smaller. Feel free to add me :)

Thanks for the replies all . I have signed up to classes for fitness and taken a step back from looking at pics and looking at what I've achieved rather than what I haven't . I think I was just at a low and seeing non perfect pics just kept knocking me further . Thank you once again all x

I wash and then cut into wedges put on foiled covered oven tray spray with 1 cal spray and either leave them plain or sprinkle herbs over them put in for 210 degrees for 15 -20 min (depending how crispy you want ) then service either as side or with a dip as a small snack . another is mash it and add finely chopped onion…

Hey , I am starting level 2 30day shred today I am 27 no kids and basically starting more exercise than full on dieting as I want something to help maintain after hit goal so don't expect to see salad everyday lol I do a few things from walking to gym as well as shred and log on every day :) feel free to add me

Thanks again everyone for replies . Tonight I bit the bullet and went all out at the gym :smile: Before I entered gym I could feel butterflies of nerves but about 5 min into first workout and with my headphones in I got less self conscious . At one point I knew I was as red as a tomato but I had such a buzz from the work…

Thanks everyone for all the comments :smile: Taken a lot of things on board and really determined to work out and not care how I look :blushing: I normally go when it's quiet but as I know it will be busier ( my gym has chart online when busy times) I'm defo going to take headphones and think Sod it just hoping my nerves…

Thanks for replies all . When I do work out I normally try and hit gym so try running machine , bikes or cross trainer and some weights and then at home I will be starting the 30 day shred thing . Otherwise is just walking places .

I tried the first one today and due to me being unfit and expecting it to be easier I quit half way though but I will be starting properly tomorrow :) I found all the levels on youtube . Good luck

Thanks , I think sometimes a lot of change is always put off until tomorrow so I need to make sure I am sticking to this lifestyle I want . On here seems a lot of support :)
