I'm looking to add more friends. Specifically, ladies or gents in their late twenties or thirties who have 40-50 pounds to lose, no kids, and preferably who EAT real food more than 1200 daily calories and have their diary open. I'm also a lifter and just started 30 Day Shred. If you meet this criteria, I want YOU as a friend! Add me!

I am starting level 2 30day shred today I am 27 no kids and basically starting more exercise than full on dieting as I want something to help maintain after hit goal so don't expect to see salad everyday lol
I do a few things from walking to gym as well as shred and log on every day feel free to add me0 -
I am barely on day 2 today. Realized I had this DVD (probably purchased it years ago) and figured, heck, maybe I should DO it! lol Good luck on your goals!0

I am 30 and never am able to stay under 1200. I don't think it is ever realistic for me (I like my wine ) but I do a lot of cardio during the week. I have kids but I can be motivating! You can add me0

The reason why you can't stay under, in my opinion, is because your body needs fuel. I honestly don't think it's healthy eating under 1200 or even at 1200. Especially if you exercise. So I'd rather stick with those of the same mind0 -
